Q1 Do you offer same-day junk removal? +
Often, yes. Call early and we'll do our best to get to you the same day across Framingham and MetroWest.
Q2 What junk can you pickup? +
Almost anything two people can carry, plus the big specialty jobs. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, garage and basement clutter, construction debris, and full home and office cleanouts. We also handle hot tubs, sheds, yard waste, and pianos. We don't take hazardous waste like chemicals or wet paint.
Q3 Do you clean up after? +
Always. We sweep the area before we leave. You shouldn't be able to tell where the junk was.
Q4 Are you insured? +
Q5 Do I need to be home? +
It's preferable, even when the junk is outside. Being there means you can point out exactly what goes and what stays, confirm the price before we start, and there's no mix-up. If you can't be home, give us a call and we'll work it out — we'll just need clear instructions and access to the items.
Q6 Do I need to sort my items first? +
No — just point. We sort for donation, recycling, and disposal right on the truck, so you don’t have to separate a thing before we arrive.
Q7 Can you take a mix of different things? +
Yes. Most jobs are mixed loads — a couch, some boxes, a broken dresser, and a pile from the garage all in one trip. We price by volume, not by category, so mixing items never costs you extra.
Q8 What items can’t you take? +
We cannot take hazardous materials, liquid paint, chemicals, or motor oil. Everything else — furniture, appliances, debris, yard waste, and more — is fair game. Not sure about an item? Call and ask.
Appliance Removal
Q1 Do you disconnect the appliance? +
Yes. We handle basic disconnection for standard hookups and pull it out for you. For hard-wired or gas-line units, have it shut off at the source first and we’ll take it from there.
Q2 Can you take a refrigerator with the doors on? +
Yes. Leave it as-is. We manage the refrigerant and the disposal under the rules so you don’t have to think about either.
Q3 Will you take it from the basement? +
Yes. Basement, second floor, garage, wherever it sits. The heavy carry is our job, not yours.
Q4 Do you remove just one appliance? +
Yes. A single fridge or a full kitchen’s worth, you get an upfront price either way.
Q5 What affects the price? +
The number of units, the weight, and how far the carry is. A dryer by the garage door is quick. A water heater from a finished basement is more work. Send a photo and we’ll price it fast.
Home & Garage Cleanouts
Q1 Do I need to move anything first? +
No. Leave it where it is. We do the digging out and the carrying, including whatever’s buried at the back.
Q2 Can you clear a whole house, not just one room? +
Yes. One room, the whole basement, or the entire home. We scale the crew to the job so it still gets done in a day where we can.
Q3 What can’t you take? +
We skip hazardous waste like chemicals, wet paint, motor oil, and propane tanks. Almost everything else is fine, including e-waste and old electronics.
Q4 How fast can you come? +
Often same-day across Framingham and MetroWest. Call early for the best shot at a same-day slot.
Q5 What affects the price? +
The size of the space and how packed it is, plus stairs and access. A single-car garage is quick. A full basement plus an attic is more. Send a photo or a quick video and we’ll price it.
Estate Cleanouts
Q1 How long does an estate cleanout take? +
Most homes are done in a day or two. A packed or hoarding-level home can take longer, and we’ll give you a realistic timeline at the walkthrough so there are no surprises.
Q2 Can you work with our realtor or attorney? +
Yes. We coordinate with realtors, attorneys, and family on timing and access. We’re used to probate and closing deadlines.
Q3 Do you handle hoarding cleanups? +
Yes, with care and discretion. No judgment, no lectures. We clear it, sort what’s salvageable, and leave it clean.
Q4 What happens to family keepsakes you find? +
We set them aside, not in the truck. Photos, documents, and anything that looks personal or valuable get flagged for you to keep.
Q5 What affects the price? +
The size of the home and how full it is, plus how much sorting and stair work it takes. We give you one firm price at the walkthrough, not a meter that runs all day.
Hot Tub Removal
Q1 Do I need to drain it first? +
No. We drain it as part of the job. If you can drain it the day before, that speeds things up, but it’s not required.
Q2 Do you handle the electrical? +
We disconnect the basic side and haul everything. For a hard-wired 220V hookup, have a licensed electrician disconnect it at the panel first for safety. We’ll guide you on what’s needed.
Q3 Can you get it out of a fenced or raised backyard? +
Usually yes. We cut the tub into sections, so it doesn’t need to come out in one piece. Tight gates and decks are part of the job.
Q4 Do you remove the deck around it too? +
We can take the framing right around the tub if it’s in the way. A full deck teardown falls under our shed removal and demolition service.
Q5 What affects the price? +
Size, weight, how waterlogged it is, and how hard it is to reach. A small above-ground tub by an open gate is straightforward. A swim spa behind a fence is more work. Send a photo and we’ll price it.
Shed Removal & Demolition
Q1 Do you pull the concrete pad or footings too? +
We pull posts set in concrete and can break up a small slab. For a large concrete pad, tell us up front and we’ll price that part in.
Q2 Do I need a permit? +
Some towns require a permit for larger structure demolition. We’ll tell you what we’re seeing, but the permit is pulled by the property owner. Check with your town for a shed or deck of any size.
Q3 Can you take just a fence, or just a playset? +
Yes. One fence line, one swing set, or the whole backyard. You get an upfront price either way.
Q4 Will you damage my lawn? +
We work clean and rake the footprint when we’re done. Some scuffing where a structure sat for years is normal, but we leave it ready to reseed or build on.
Q5 What affects the price? +
The size of the structure, what it’s built from, and whether posts are set in concrete. A small resin shed is quick. A large wood shed with a slab is more. Send a photo and we’ll price it.
Yard Waste
Q1 Do you cut down trees? +
We haul what’s already down or cut, and we’ll clear brush and overgrowth to load it. For taking down a standing tree, use a licensed arborist, and we’ll haul off everything they leave.
Q2 Does it need to be bagged? +
No. Loose piles are fine. Bagged is fine too. We load it however it sits.
Q3 Can you clear an overgrown yard or lot? +
Yes. We’ll cut back and clear overgrown brush and haul it out. Tell us the size and we’ll price it.
Q4 Do you take dirt, sod, and stumps? +
Yes, within reason for weight. Loose, already-cut stumps and piles of sod or dirt, we can take. Very large or heavy loads we’ll quote so there’s no surprise.
Q5 What affects the price? +
The volume, the weight, and how spread out it is. A neat brush pile by the driveway is quick. A storm’s worth of limbs across the backyard is more. Send a photo and we’ll price it.
Piano Removal
Q1 Can you get a piano down a flight of stairs? +
Yes. Stairs are the normal challenge with pianos. We strap it, control the descent, and take it slow. That’s what the crew and the gear are for.
Q2 Do you move grands and baby grands? +
Yes. For a grand, we remove the legs and pedal lyre and move it on its side on a piano board, the proper way to handle one.
Q3 Are you moving it to keep, or removing it for good? +
This service is removal and disposal. If you want a piano relocated and kept, tell us and we’ll talk through whether that’s a fit.
Q4 Will you protect my floors and walls? +
Yes. Padding, floor runners, and careful hands. We’re insured, though our reviews will tell you the careful approach is why we rarely need it.
Q5 What affects the price? +
The type of piano and the path out. A console on the ground floor is one price. A grand from a second-floor walk-up with a tight turn is more. Send a photo of the piano and the route out and we’ll price it.
Construction Debris
Q1 Can you come mid-project? +
Yes. Many contractors have us clear debris between phases so crews aren’t working around it and the next trade can start clean.
Q2 Are you insured for jobsites? +
Yes, fully insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your GC, building, or property owner before we arrive.
Q3 Do you rent dumpsters? +
No. We do the loading and hauling ourselves. That’s often faster than a dumpster swap, and it means no permit, no driveway space lost, and no overflowing bin sitting for a week.
Q4 Do you handle the recycling side? +
Yes. We separate clean wood, metal, and cardboard for recycling and can route the load for a diversion number if you need one.
Q5 What affects the price? +
Volume and weight, mostly, plus access and how many pickups the job needs. A single final cleanup is one price. Recurring phase clears across a long build are quoted to fit the schedule. Send photos or the scope and we’ll quote it.
Office Cleanouts
Q1 Can you work after hours? +
Yes. Nights and weekends are normal for us, so your business isn’t disrupted and you hold your move-out date.
Q2 Do you take electronics and e-waste? +
Yes. Massachusetts restricts electronics in the trash, so we handle monitors, computers, and office e-waste the right way.
Q3 Can you clear a whole building? +
Yes. Single suite or full building. We scale the crew and coordinate the freight elevator and dock to finish in one window when we can.
Q4 What about data-sensitive equipment? +
Tell us before the job. We’ll guide you on hard-drive destruction or wiping so nothing sensitive leaves the building unhandled.

Q1 How fast can you turn a unit? +
Often within a day or two. Tell us the vacancy date and we’ll work to beat it so make-ready can start on time.
Q2 Do you work with property management companies? +
Yes. We set up recurring service so each turnover is one call, with consistent crews and pricing across your portfolio.
Q3 Can you handle a hoarder-level unit? +
Yes, discreetly. We’ve cleared heavily packed units without disrupting the building or drawing attention.
Q4 Can you provide a certificate of insurance? +
Yes. We carry full insurance and can get a certificate to building management before we start.
